Eva had a conference this past May in St Johns, Newfoundland so I chose to fly out and meet her - after which we were able to do a nice little road trip and take in the sights (I mentioned puffins, right?). So we traded in the van for a rental car and went from van lifers to rental car'er influencers - I hear all the hip kids are doing it... By the way did I mention puffins? A Puffin! Not sure if I just got back from a Dr Seuss book or a European holiday extravaganza! Or something, kinda of, sort of, like that... All in 3 parts. What was the reason for this soiree and what were the parts you ask? Eva was spending her sobatical in Germany, which provided me a chance to visit and for us to go on a fun little European adventure. The parts were seperated by country: 1) Greece; 2) Italy (with 3 acts) and 3) Germany Clods roll in over the cliffs of San Vito Lo C

Eva skiing into Elizabeth Parker Hut Winter has come, gone and come again.... Thankfully we managed to get a couple of nice ski trips crammed into the start of the year. In the meantime Brian continues to take pictures of the stars and Eva gets to enjoy a much needed sabbatical. Its a biggy, probably should have updated this thing earlier.... friends visited, Brian explored Northern BC (well actually probably never made it past 1/2 way to the border with the Yukon but it sure felt north to him), Brian went to Boston, Eva and Brian went to Valhalla Prov Park, Eva went to Japan, Brian went climbing and we shared a bunk in a hut with mouse. Thee end. Eva enjoys the setting sun over the Valhallas Ok now for as the kids like to say the deets.... I'll star
